STOCK RUGS SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders for delivery to addresses and P.O. boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but please sign up for our mailing list for any updates to this policy.
Please note that TA STUDIO does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or hotels. When estimating package delivery time, please note all orders are made to order by hand and drop ship from our supplier in Georgia.
Shipping costs depend on several factors - including your location and weight of the order - and will be provided on the checkout screen.
We only process and ship orders Monday-Friday. Lead times for rugs are currently 16-24 weeks.
Please note that due to the complex nature of international shipping, transit times can be longer than usual across all shipping platforms
After our manufacturers drop ships your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation. If your rug is 10'x14' or larger your rug will ship freight and we will contact you to set up delivery. Indoor delivery of freight will be an additional charge.
The Shipping Confirmation will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number.
TA STUDIO is not responsible for tracking your package once the order has been processed and has left the warehouse.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you understand and accept that delivery at that address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment of the sale contract by TA STUDIO in the same way as if the goods had been delivered to you.
We cannot partial ship to two different addresses. If you need items sent to separate addresses you will need to place two different orders.
If your order is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an address mistake by the customer or neglect to pick up from carrier, customer will be responsible for costs of re-shipping.

LOST/STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES
TA STUDIO is not responsible for lost/stolen/missing packages.
Customers must reach out to the carrier immediately before contacting us. TA STUDIO will do everything they can to assist in locating your package but at the end of the day it is the responsibility of the carrier.
On occasion, packages are picked up by others by mistake, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please ship your order to a safe and reliable location.
RUG RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on stock rugs, as each one is made to order. Orders must be canceled with in 24 hours.
If you are unsure of an item, or need any additional information, please feel free to email us before purchase. We are happy to answer any questions.
If you are concerned about color, quality, pile height, etc., please reach out! We have samples available for a refundable $150 deposit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We will happily replace any defective merchandise. Please contact us at shop@trishandersenstudio.com within 5 days of receipt of item to qualify for replacement. Before contacting us, please note the following:
- In order to qualify for an exchange, please include date of purchase and image of damaged / defective item.
- If your item arrived damaged, please contact us with an image of the issue immediately upon its arrival. Items which arrive damaged are eligible for replacement only if the item has not been put to use after discovery of damage. Additionally, please do not attempt to alter or correct the product before contacting us, as this may render it ineligible for exchange.
Please be nice and respectful when emailing about orders. We are real people who want to happily resolve any issues :)
MATS AND TEES RETURN POLICY
Please contact us at shop@trishandersenstudio.com to request a return, exchange or merchandise credit.
TA STUDIO accepts returns for refund on unused merchandise in original condition if customer contacts TA STUDIO within fifteen (15) days of delivery of said items.
TA STUDIO will provide a return label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. Using TA STUDIO label will avoid the hassle of going to the shipping store and usually costs much less than purchasing on your own. Package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label. TA STUDIO reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for items sent back later than 5 days.
Item(s) must be returned in original and unused condition. Items must be free of any pet hair, stains, or strong odors. Customers will be charged a flat $15 inspection/restocking fee if items do not comply with above requirements.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
TA STUDIO will provide shipping labels for all unused merchandise for Exchange if returned within (30) days of delivery (U.S. only).
Upon receiving returned items, TA STUDIO will issue merchandise credits equal to the value of the item or a refund, dependent upon the reason for return.
All returns are at the customer's risk. TA STUDIO is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please take care in packaging returned items. TA STUDIO is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
All merchandise returned without consent from TA STUDIO will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
MATS + TEES SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 24 hrs for your order to process. We only ship Monday-Friday. Shipping times tend to be 2-7 business days. If you need expedited or special services, please reach out prior to ordering to confirm we can accommodate your request. Please note that due to COVID shipping times can be longer than usual across all shipping platforms and this is completely out of our control. Patience and grace is appreciated!
After our manufacturers drop ships your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation. T-Shirts and Mats ship from different locations so if your order contains both please be aware they will be shipping separately and will have different tracking numbers.
The Shipping Confirmation will include the shipping method for your package and a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 6 days, please check your spam folder first and then email us at shop@trishandersenstudio.com if you still did not receive it.

If the merchandise is damaged or defective upon receiving, TA STUDIO must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the goods to qualify. Pictures of damaged product and packaging are required. TA STUDIO will provide a return label if applicable and send a replacement order if available.

FINE ART RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Fine Art unless previously discussed and approved prior to shipment.
We do not refund original shipping costs. Fine art will be shipped with insurance and signature required.
PRODUCT IMAGE NOTICE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products on the website as they appear in real life. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Please read the descriptions carefully. Sweepable Shag floor mats are high quality digital prints of Trish's tufted artwork. THEY ARE NOT MADE FROM REAL YARN.
PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS and TAXES
All prices shown on the Website are in U.S. Dollars. TA STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time without prior notice. The price of a product and shipping costs displayed on the Website or quoted by our customer service center at the time TA STUDIO provides you with confirmation of your order will be honored.
Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on the payment page before you place your order, and will also appear on the email you receive after placing the order (“Order Confirmation”, discussed below).
TA STUDIO currently operates in the state of Georgia and collects tax on orders shipping within Georgia. Sales and use taxes will vary based on the location to which products are being shipped. The actual sales tax associated with your purchase will be calculated at the time your order is to be shipped. Thereafter, you will receive an email advising that the order has shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”, discussed below).
Please note that changes to applicable law between the date your order is placed and the date you are sent a Shipping Confirmation may result in changes to the sales tax associated with your purchase.
PAYMENT
TA STUDIO accepts payment via all major credit cards and Paypal. When placing an order on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details on the appropriate form. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to TA STUDIO, you will need to contact your card issuer directly to resolve this problem. TA STUDIO will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
The amount of your purchase will be blocked on your credit card until your order is shipped. During this time, TA STUDIO (or its authorized partners) will perform a credit card and anti-fraud check. By placing your order, you will be deemed to have authorized TA STUDIO to perform such checks and, where TA STUDIO deems necessary, to transmit or obtain information that you have provided, including your credit card number, in order to authenticate your identity, validate your credit card, obtain an initial credit card authorization and authorize a particular transaction.
Thereafter, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email and your credit card will be charged the applicable purchase price. The Order Confirmation will include the product(s) you ordered, the order number, the price and your billing and shipping addresses. The Order Confirmation constitutes the acceptance of your order by TA STUDIO and indicates the existence of a binding sales contract.
TA STUDIO is prohibited under U.S. law from making sales of its goods to individuals or companies designated on the Office of Foreign Assets Controls Specially Designated Nationals List, or to countries sanctioned by the U.S. Any such transactions will be declined.
TA STUDIO takes reasonable measures - including administrative, technical, and physical measures - to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. TA STUDIO uses Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the data you transmit to us. Any transmission is at your own risk and we cannot be held liable. To place an order through the Website, you may either:
(1) register and create an online account at www.trishandersenstudio.com.
(2) place an order as a guest without creating an account via guest checkout.
In order to create an Account, you are required to enter a unique user ID and password, as well as provide registration information, such as your name, phone number, street address, an active e-mail address and any additional information in accordance with the registration form prompts.
